Soul of Communication

Students are encouraged to make mistakes and learn from them while given the opportunity to re-do. However, in workplaces, you’re judged quickly based on your mistakes and it’s quickly passed down through the chains of communication. Time being the most precious currency in the workplace, the standard set is to work as efficiently as possible. This also frees you up to venture into other schemes to earn more.

For projects, the leader needs to have effective communication skills while being able to control the flow of work and motivate the peers to deliver their best performance. This is done by thinking critically, logically and with clarity. This will aid in delivering instructions without any unclear points which will boost the work performance.
